Bottle shared at home, cellared this one for 1.5 years. Nose and taste are loads of chocolate, nougat notes, molasses and smoke for days, sweet and savoury, with oak touches. Big bodied with close to zero carbonation. A bit flat, otherwise pretty nice.

Cellared this one for almost 4 years. Alez odjazd, bucha wedzona swojska podlaska kielbasa niczym para w parowiozie. Wyglad. geste kremowe, piany tyle co lodow we wloskich lodach, kremowe niczym lody na rogu ulicy przy rynku w Bystrzycy Klodzkiej. Jest 2 fazowa, ciemno bezowa do gornej warstwy waniliowej barwy, trwala niczym nieustanny aromat beczki bourbona. Wedzenie sie przebija caly czas przez liczna gestwine, alko ukryte niczym gaski we mchu. Doskonala zywicznosc, wanilia, kawa, czekolada nadziana sliwkami wedzonymi. Arcy doskonale piwo.

Bottle, Parukářka tasting. Huge thanks guys! Blackish body, off-white head. Brown sugar, peat and coffee in the aroma, quite okay. Peat dominates the taste, however, mixed with chocolate in the rough, but nice dry and bitter taste. Good one but didn't thrill me, wonder how much it lost, if anything, since it was released.

Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of of roasted malt, liquorice, leather, smoke and booze. Sweet roasted flavour with a light smoked aftertaste

Świetny porter bałtycki, największy jego atut to balans wędzonka-beczka-podbudowa słodowa. W aromacie bogactwo wędzonka ale delikatna (ogniskowa nie kiełba czy oscyp) śliwka, wanilia , w smaku gorzka czekolada, wanilia, drewno. Alkohol przyjemny szlachetny.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately dark malty, slightly smoky and caramel malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, some peat, dark caramel, a touch of vanilla, Bourbon and Islay Whisky, minimally ashy overtones, whiffs of leather, a minimally fruity touch of smoked plum, liquorice undertones. Taste is roasty, chocolately dark malty, peaty smoky, slightly caramel malty, minimally alcoholic, notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, hints of Islay Whisky, Bourbon, some vanilla, minimally ashy overtones. Viscous texture with alcoholic dilution, smooth, soft, minimally cloying palate, soft carbonation, lingering, minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Rich, intense; the smoke malt lends and Islay Whisky aspect though it has been aged in Bourbon barrels; while warming up the smokiness turns a bit from peaty to more smoky and ashy aspects. Yet another very good Baltic Porter from Poland - Mecca of this style.

Sa i nutki wedzonki (ogniskowej, dymnej, Kapke oscypkowej imho calkiem sympatycznej), jest czekolada ciemna, jest Beczka ewidentna, jest cialo. Wedzonka z przodu ale nie zaglusza. Troche agresywne, alko posmaki, to przeszkadza. Ale ewidentnie bdb+ puwi.

Tap (II Feta Wrocław). Czarne z ładną, drobną, beżową pianą, wyraźnie oblepiajacą ścianki szkła. Czekolada z nutką alkoholu, na wytrawnie choć z lekka słodyczą na finiszu ciut oblepiajacą kontrowaną nutą drewnianą. Czuć pełnię choć piwo jest bardziej wytrawne, lekko się je pije, niebezpiecznie lekko. Bardzo dobre piwo, godne ósmych urodzin, gratulacje Wojtek!
