Imperial Stout to nasza urodzinowa tradycja – w tym roku wykorzystaliśmy dodatek masła orzechowego i leżakowaliśmy go w beczkach po bourbonie Four Roses, które nadały aromatów wanilii, kokosa i oczywiście – amerykańskiej whisky! Nasycenie azotem wygładziło dodatkowo jego strukture i doskonale połączyło z aromatami słodowymi, tworząc niesamowicie pyszny, deserowy efekt!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 04.12.2023) im 2021-08 getrunken. Dieser dunkle Traum von einem Pastry Stout kommt mit ein fein cremigen Schaumkrone daher. In der Nase zeigt sich sofort die Bourbonfassreifung und der Nusseinfluss bevor ein tolles Schokoladen-Aroma beides hervoragend abrundet. Am Gaumen finden sich diese Aromen in ein tollen Balance wieder. Ein tolles IStout!

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, chocolate, light roastyness, light barrel wooden notes, light sweet, medium bitter. Full body, creamy texture, malty choco roasty bitter sweet finish with peanut traces. Alcohol hidden well. Good.

Myślałem że będzie ulep, słodziaszkowa beczka i masło a okazało się że całkiem fajna kontra. W nosie słodko ale w uście, Panie bajka. Nie ma co pisać tylko delektować się.

Black with a small tan head. Aroma of coca, peanut butter, bourbon, oak, vanilla, milk chocolate and coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and nice moderate bitter. Full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

Butelka 330ml (BB 04.12.2023). Czarne, gęste z pokazową, drobniutką i trwałą, brązową piana jak na nitro przystało. W aromacie intensywna czekolada, wanilia czyli esencja beczki po bourbonie. W smaku powtórka smaków przy czym piwo jest tylko delikatnie słodkawe a alkohol wyczuwalny tylko jako rozgrzewanie w żołądku, bardzo delikatne, gładkie i niebezpiecznie pijalne, jednym słowem genialne.
