Our Berliner Weisse style beer offers you a true time travel flavour experience. It has been brewed since 16th century in Hamburg, and then in Berlin, where the production reached its peak in 19th century. This was when Napoleon soldiers took a fancy to this beer and started drinking it with raspberry juice. In 20th century, Berliner Weisse got out of fashion and it’s been only since the last decade that this style has been revived by the craft beermakers. We have decided to present you a classic “Berliner” without additives, because only in this way can you experience this style in its full splendor. You can expect intense, acidic and fruity aromas, low bitterness and powerful refreshment.
Please note that Berliner Weisse is a really sour beer! No need for concern, everything is fine! 😉

Pale colour, minimal head. Aroma is yoghurt, quince. Medium sour, in a pleasant, non-aggressivre way. Light body. Very good!

Tap at Kufle i Kapsle. Pretty nice beer overall, even if a bit simple. Thin body, medium carbonation. Medium sourness, light tartness, quite clean impression overall, with clean medium lacto, light sweetness and hints of fruity flavour. Slightly smoky too. Nice clean berliner, tasty, drinkable.

Bottle from ipiwo.pl. Pale golden color with medium quickly dissapearing white head. Light aroma of yeast, lactobacilus, lemon. Taste, light sourness, yeast, lacto bacilus, light salt. Nice example of style.

Złota barwa, klarowne, nasycone, wygląda jak cydr. W aromacie mało intensywnie, nuty kwasu mlekowego wyczuwalne. W smaku minimalnie kwaśne, brakuje ciała. Jeszcze ta cena, za wysoka przy piwie o tych parametrach. Duży zawód.

W stylu poniżej średniej, sporo nut siarkowych po zamieszaniu szkła, za mało kwaśne, płaskie - bardzo szybko się odgazowuje.
