Can shared with Nari and Gabor Gábor. Burgundy pour, quickly disappearing white head. Nose is intense berries, marzipan, light cinnamon. Taste is moderately sweet and somewhat tart, showing berries again, weirdly I got walnuts that I guess is the almond in disguise. Also hints of vanilla and cinnamon, but no coconut whatsoever. Closes with a tart, fruity finish ,has a light to medium body and soft carbo, drinks below the ABV. The least-artificial tasting one from the series so far, so thats a plus. But there's too much going on here imo, sometimes less is more.

25/3/2022. Can shared at ITFCfan's 30 for 30. From Suds & Soda. Pours cloudy dark pink with a small frothy off-white head. Lovely aroma, with tart blackberry and blackcurrant contrasting superbly with the vanilla coconut and cinnamon, with a little almond in the background. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Again a super mix. Medium body, quite creamy, average carbonation. Drying tart finish. Very well crafted.

Sensory Session #15: Opaque, hazy,reddish-pinky color and a white head. Fantastic nose, starts with vanilla, cocoa and almonds followed by Black currant and red fruits. Intense mouthfeeling. Very nice balance. Fruity finish. Decent sweetness and very present flavors. Nice work, guy

Aus der Dose (bbe 10.02.2022) im 2021-05 getrunken. Dieses trübe, purpurfarbende Sour kommt in der Nase mit tollen Aromen von dunklen Beeren und Kokusnuss daher. An Gaumen ist die Säure und eine Süße durch den Lactosezucker in seiner wunderbare Balance präsent. Ein Bier was einfach nur Spaß macht.

Can at home. Pours hazy pinkish, nose is is cinnamon, cream, almond, blackcurrant, taste is tart, juicy berries, creamy, coconut, almond.

50cl can. A murky purple red beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart blueberries, lacto, vanilla. Taste of sour red berries, blueberries, Lactose, vanilla.

500ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Deep blood red appearance, thin foamy white ring circling the crest. Aroma of coconut, almond and mirage-like chocolate with additional berries in the distance. Taste continues in a similar fashion, full bodied with a tart berry tang, not hugely sour, but just enough. An unusual combination if truth be told, but likeable, all elements presented well and while it seems a little crowded at times, it's an entertaining blend, flavourful and different.. truly a Willy Wonka beer if ever there was one.
