29/1/2022. Can shared with ITFC boys. Bought direct from the brewery. Pours clear pale golden amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, hoppy, tropical fruit, candy, grapefruit, pine, no onions. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Unusually bitter for a BM beer. Good though.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy. Somewhat stale oniony hops, sweetish, green bitterness, a bit harsh.

Panda at home, thanks to the Fergus, 10/04/21. Clear golden to light copper with a good sized just off white head. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, caramel, grapefruit, perfume. Taste comprises orange pith, sweet malts, grapefruit, hint of stoned fruits, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness and a mellow boost. Solid old skool leaning DIPA.

440ml can. Clear golden, big white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, resin. Taste is very citrusy, orange and grapefruit, resinous, piney, marmalade, bitter, but could do with more to live up to its name. Medium body.
