500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a decent frothy head, superb retention. Aroma is malty, fresh grassy and straw hops. Taste is sweet chewy malts with a grassy and herb bitterness, slight zesty tang in the finish as well, some yeastiness. Medium body and carbonation, nice smoothness. This is a cracking pilsner, one of the best I've ever had.

Bottled (70cl). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal and some mild herbal and flowery notes. Flavour is floral, herbal, some grassy, yeasty and mild spicy tones to it. Refreshing and really nice Czech Pils.

On tap at Craft House Prague, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops, light spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is likewise nice and crisp, with a spicy, biting grassy hop profile, and crisp crackery malt. Balanced well, clean and drinkable, but not the most vibrant of the style. Well-made.

Rocky white head stayed on a hazy dark golden coloured slowly carbonating body. Crisp aroma of malt & cereal. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp clean back. Malt, grain, biscuit & lightly hopped fruited tastes with a bitter finish. Very good Pils.

half-litre bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 30th November 2021. Drank at home on 18th September 2021. Clean and clear golden body, short lasting white head. Grainy/malty nose and taste, light hop bitterness towards the finish. OK, but nothing to get excited about.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Lovely grainy biscuity malt character, light grassy bitterness, sun-kissed straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry bread in the finish, more biscuits, husky grain and grass, dirty hay. Great stuff.
