Dry Hopped Sour Ekuanot

Pours slightly hazed yellowblonde. medium sized, fairly creamy white head. Scent is harsh, crisp, dry, hoppy (green matter) , malts (dry cracker) . Taste is full, dry, malty (crackers) . Some green matter-hoparoma ( danky ) lactic acid & lemon acidity . Decent. Easy drinker, surely. Not the biggest fan of the hoparoma and it's expression in this beer.

Pretty cloudy pale blond to light yellow beer, big aery fluffy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, fruity, passion fruits, tangerines, some peaches, tropical fruits, very nice. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sour start, some sulphur, fruity notes, citrus, pineapple. Aftertaste: little smoky, sulphur, lemony, bitter touch, some orange peel, very refreshing, hitn of banana, little watery, some lemon and lime.
