Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, grape peel, brett, old rope, oak, grass, minerals, hay, flowers, bark, hints of sour grapes and mild vinegar. Taste is dry funky fruity, brett, oak, grass, flowers, old rope, citrus peel, minerals, sorrel, hay, grape peel, mild vinegar, sour grapes. Medium bitterness, slightly dry funky fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Rødbrun med lyst rosa skum som daler fort, åpnet med poff og røyk. Aroma drue muscat gjær. Smak drue muscat bær. Fyldig, fruktig, sursøt. Flaske delt med DjOeye og Synny

Stort pang og røyk! Uklar rød/brun med lyst rosa topp som daler raskt. Aroma; druer, muskatnøtt, gjær, grapefrukt. Smak; Druer, grapefrukt, gjær, muskatnøtt, bærbuskbær. Fruktig, lett syrlig. Fyldig med balansert myk munnfølelse og ettersmak. Spandert av Djoeye. Delt med Leif og Djoeye.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2019 / 2020 vintage bottle, Blend #47 bottled February 25, 2020. Aroma is grape forward with nice juicy notes as well as some tannins and must. Light earthy, herbal phenolic notes and light oak. Hints of grain and alcohol. A touch of lemon and floral notes. Pours a fairly clear, purplish red with some orange and copper hues with a medium large, moderately thick, frothy, slightly pink head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light acidity with light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and low alcohol notes. Lots of grape must and quite a bit of tannins with a slight juiciness. Light oak notes. Medium light earthy, herbal phenolics. A touch of lemon in the finish along with a bit of a watery note. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid grape lambic. I appreciate that this isn't overly acidic allowing the grape flavors to shine. The base lambic notes come though nicely, but could be a bit more funky. The slightly watery finish isn't ideal.

Sample (thanks omhper). Reddish amber colour with a small head. Aroma is muscat, some fruity and mild wooden tones. Flavour is tart wood, some muscat, mild fruits and tart berries. Lovely. Spicy tartness in the aftertaste.

Peaches > grapes but these muscat bleu grapes are delish in this. Slightly tart tannic funk with a lingering dry finish. Sorry again Chelsea W.

75cl bottle (7,7%) from the brewery shop (bought 02/07/2022), Season 20/21 Assemblage #81, bottled on 10/11/21. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: dark red, light hazy. A: light sour fruity, red currants touch, bit red wine, woody, yoghurt, leather, lemon water. T: light sour fruity, nice red grapes, red currants touch, red berries, woody, yoghurt, old lemon, brett and nice balanced tannins, mineral, bit bready, light oily mouthfeel even, very nice great example of the style, fully enjoyed.

Dark red, medium hazy body, with a big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of red wine, tannins, dark berries, some wood. Tastes quite similar, with a bit more funk. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite fizzy carbonation. Finishes quite dry, vinous, tannic, moderate sweet, a bit wooden, with grape skin. Tasty, quite straight grape Lambic. Lovely vinous notes and some funk from the background. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
