Jedním z našich neoblíbenějších ovocí českých lesů a zahrad je malina. Proto jsme maliny přidali do naší 6. várky kyseláče. Berliner Weisse je starobylé německé pšeničné pivo, které se vyznačuje kombinací lehkých ovocných tónů pšenice a výrazné kyselosti způsobené laktobacily. Pro vyšší pitelnost se často přidávala ovocná šťáva. Bývalo nazýváno „šampaňské severu“.

Tap. Hazy pinkish color with white head. Aroma is raspberries. Taste is raspberry, herbal, wheat, a bit lactic. Quite refreshing. Mineraly mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice enough!

On tap at Cobolis brewpub. RBESG2019. Murky pinkish orange, small off-white head. Aroma is kind of unripe fruit, green berry, light raspberry syrup, herbs. Acidity is nice and salty in the flavour. Fruity juicy flavours, tart berry. Candy. Light fruity finish. Not very sour, but the balance is good. Moderate carbonation, light body.

Thanks SinH4. Murky reddish body, white head. Raspberry, some stables, lactic. Nice raspberry notes, dry, tart, almost slightly salty. Not bad, not thrilling.

Tap at the brewery. Rather light sourness, pretty clean kacto impression. Thin body, but not overly so. Med-high carbonation. Moderate raspberry character, feels clean and natural. Very easy drinking, refreshing, very good.

Draft at Cobolis, Prague. Hazy pink orange with a light pink head. Aroma of tart raspberry, citrus and lactic notes. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
