Jedním z našich neoblíbenějších ovocí českých lesů a zahrad je malina. Proto jsme maliny přidali do naší 6. várky kyseláče. Berliner Weisse je starobylé německé pšeničné pivo, které se vyznačuje kombinací lehkých ovocných tónů pšenice a výrazné kyselosti způsobené laktobacily. Pro vyšší pitelnost se často přidávala ovocná šťáva. Bývalo nazýváno „šampaňské severu“.

Bottle shared at the brewpub. Pours pale pink with a thin white head. Nose is low tart fruits, some malty touch. Taste is moderately tart raspberries, low fruity sweetness, malty finish. Light body, average carbonation. Too held back altogether.

(bottle 0,33l) Overall: Ok raspberry-lactic. Aroma: Yoghurt (lacto), raspberry. Appearance: Hazy pink-red. No head. Taste: Medium sour, yoghurt (lacto), raspberry. Palate: Ligth-medium body. Medium carbonation. Ligth dry-sourish finish.

From tap @ Žil Verne, Bratislava. Thin, egg-white, quick gone head. Red hazy with yellow hue colour. Aroma is red fruits, raspberries, lemon water. Taste is light malty base, raspberries, red fruits, lemon, bit puckering, lower carbonation, very refreshig, enjoyed.

On tap at Cobolis Praha...RBESG 2109, day 2. Red/pinkish coloured, small white to off-white head, light raspberry and some lactose in the nose. Light acidic raspberry taste with mild tartish finish.
