Bottle pour at Superstition DTPHX, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma brings out the hatch chili upfront, with a touch of cinnamon, booze, but the rest of the adjuncts are buried. Flavour reveals more, with tons of coconut, chilis and bourbon, along with decadent honey nectar, coffee and cocoa. So many things in here, and it's all harmonious. Beauty.
Thick, fruity, sweet and boozy. Coconut, chocolate, dark berries, honey, some chili taste but not much warmth in the finish. Very nice.

Pours dark brownreddish. Scent is recognizable Amante (peppers, honey). some of the more stout oriented sweetness, even a touch of roast. Don't instantly get the coconut, but it has this 'generic Pastry Stout' scent ( sweetness, adjuncts) Blindly, i'd take a guess for vanilla rather than coconut. Taste is intense, sweet, recognizable stout aroma's, complexity, and even boozyness. Enriched by the honey and peppers. Coconut is very mild, but I do get a lot of vanilla as well. if ever you wanna experience true magic-by-'blending' - this is it. A top notch pastry stout with a top notch mead. Amazing !
