Karolína Světlá v sobě ukrývá rafinovanou chuť – sladší sladový základ postupně přechází v hořkost českých chmelů. Harmonický světlý speciál s plnějším sladovým tělem a vysokou pitelností. Vychlazená klasicky píše!

500ml can. Opalescent, orange, dark golden colour with average, fluffy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and strawy, minimally bready and spicy, malty aroma, grassy hoppy overtones, a touch of brezel. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally spicy, pale malty, minimally caramel malty, slightly bitter hoppy, minimally doughy yeasty, minimally buttery, hints of brezel, caramel, a touch of honey, yeast dough; lingering, dry finish.
Watery texture with an oily, almost minimally slimy strand, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively multifacetted, some nice subtleties - nice.

Tap at Chodské slavností with Ogi & Hrabren. Hazy orange body, white head. Chlorophenols start the aroma, mixed with DMS. DMS and chlorophenols dominate the taste, stale maltiness, carrot, bitter finish, a bit rough. How and why do you release this to the public?

On tap at Domažlice festival, shared with Ogi. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Cooked corn aroma, pickled vegetables, sugary malts. Harsh herbal and vegetable, some nice bready sweetness in the back. Rough. Light body, moderate carbonation, dry finish.

On tap at Beer Point Prague, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a grassy bit rather metallic character, with thin biscuity malt underneath. Flavour is likewise quite metallic — the grassy hops are buried underneath a less-than-optimal metallic character. Crisp and biting but not a great hop profile. Lower tier Czech pils.

Husta pena trvanliva. Stredni zakalena barva. Chut horci nez zbytek bizoni produkce, asi jediny lezak co bych bral znovu. Trochu nakysly dojezd

# 168, 12/2015. Sladší, plnější český ležák s výraznou hořkostí v závěru, bohužel i lehkými jablečnými tóny.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is buttery, old school cereals. Taste is cereals, moreish butter, a bit herbal. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Very bitter, but I like the rusticness.

Tap at Franconian Beer Festival 2019. Deep golden color, dark, with a fine head. Buttery nose with peaches and biscuits, apple. Rich biscuity malt, bready, butter, apple, lemon. Tasty, rich malt, nice but just a bit too much diacetyl for me.

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Cloud golden, some shadows. Mineral, herb, paprika, mellow, chewy, very Czech base, a bit burned butter smoke. Chewy grain, barn, earth. Rye bread chewiness. Nice fruit and earthy hop finish.
