Тъмно от Kamenitza се произвежда по стара рецепта, старателно пазена в Пловдив от 1892 г. Висококачественото Тъмно ферментира бавно и отлежава при умерена температура. Мекият вкус на карамел и страхотният цвят се дължат на съчетанието от малц и уникален микс от горчиви и ароматни хмелове, сред които известният Hallertau. Охлади Kamenitza Тъмно до 5°C, за да усетиш най-добре богатия и плътен вкус.

Can 5.6% ABV. Dark reddish brown with a light beige head. Aroma of dark sugars, some bread, paper, prunes. Rather dead mouthfeel. But there's a bit more to the taste - some roasted flavours and some bitterness at the end give some structure and make it seem a lot less flabby. Not very good but no disaster.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Light aroma with notes of dusty grains, some caramel and traces of hops. The flavour is quite dry with sweet and sour vinous notes and light, but harsh as wormwood, bitter finish. The body is light. Still, drinkable.

Large plastic bottle in Gabrovo, Bulgaria with the Filekov family. Pours clear brown with a fine, beige cream head. Mild dark malt nose, some bread, hints of tangy berries and burnt leaves. Light sweet flavor with some toasted bread, dirt, modest leafy bitterness, light metallic tang. Light bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Light dryness to finish, some leafy bitterness on the sides of the tongue, burnt sugars, light tangy berries. Not really very pleasant overall.

Bottle.Dark brown colour with small head.Aroma is malty and mild bready,medium body and mild hoppy mouthfeels,slight metallic flavor and short malty finish.
