[5/11/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Red session. Black, big brown head. Roast, licorice, coffee, sweet, bitter finish, alcohol.

Can. Pours opaque black, medium tan head, good lacing. Aroma is maple, cocoa, vanilla, hints of coconut. Flavor is quite sweet, light plus bitter. Rich and decadent. Let it warm. Full body.

Burk från Mikkeller Beer Club:
Svart med ett stort, tjockt skum. Stor doft av vanilj, kanel och kaffe. Söt, rund och fyllig smak av kanel och kaffe med lite alkohol på slutet.
Känns yxig och grovhuggen med alldeles för mycket kanel.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a brown head. Aroma is chocolate, mapke syrup. Sweet, toffee and vanilla, maple syrup and herbal note of cinnamon. Sweet and cinnamon herbal finish.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Mikkeller San Diego Shake Your Stack ].ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, cake, maple, chocolate, coffee, light cinnamon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, cake - maple - cinnamon, coffee, chocolate, dark malt - roasted. Body is medium - medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tap at MBCC. Pours black-dark brown. Aroma and flavor are sweet, chocolate, maple, roast, malt, cocoa, booze. Feels harsh. Overall: not enjoyable at all.

Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is fresh coffee, cinnamon, maple too, chocolate sauce. Taste is maple, coffee, sweet chocolate sauce, vanilla, just a touch cinnamon. Thick oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Alright, a bit too sweet.

0,05l from tap at Mbcc red. Black color, small coffee colored head. Smells of maple, vanilla, nutty, doughy. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of vanilla, maple, nutty, earthy, some spices. Finishes lightly roasty dry with vanilla, doughy notes and maple 7, 4, 8, 3, 16
