330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally starchy and minimally strawy, pale malty and minimally fruity aroma, a touch of yellow apple, mandarine, vanilla, surprising whiffs of white chocolate. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly starchy, minimally sugary, pale malty, a touch of brown sugar, mandarine, vanilla, white chocolate, very weak, herbal-spicy overtones. Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Nice malty taste, neither too sweet nor too starchy, but definitely a bit cautious if not weak - OK.

Completely clear blonde in colour. Thin head with quite quick dissipation. Good nose: almost like a belgian blond, hints of coriander, brown sugar, musk, vanilla but also grassy, herby. Mouth quite sweet up front, alcohol, lingering sweetness and neutral bitterness. Quite good but not amazing.

Bottle picked up from V-Markt, Mainburg. Consumed at home Tuesday 29th December 2020 listening to Marc Riley on 6 Music. We had Cream of celery soup with a little Gorgonzola . Pours gold with a reasonable clarity with a white head, nice bitter sweet bite, lagery edge, soft mouthfeel, there is almost a little bit of a Belgian feel to this, good beer.
