Well people DO like buns don't they? Especially Danish Cinnamon buns..... This beer was made with loads of dried fruit, cinnamon bark and spices to recreate the Danish classic in beer form. skål!

Tap. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is cinnamon, caramel, dough. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Not great, but it really does have a cinnamon bin character.

ABV: 7.0%. Unclear medium amber yellow colour with a small average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, spicy - cinnamon, apple, cake, danish (kanelsnegle) - apple cake. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, apple - cinnamon, sweet malt, cake, cinnamon, fruity malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20190511]

Keg at Brewdog tower hill. A hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a frorhy white head. Aroma is sweet doughnut, glazed, sugar, some jammy, marzipan. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, doughnut, jam and spicy, some cinnamon,. Some brown sugars, toast. Good.,

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of cinnamon, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of cinnamon, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. I prefer my kanelsnegle from the bakery at 4 AM on the way home from drinking beer.

Dark, rich amber beer with an aroma.of dried fruit and cinnamon. Really does taste like a cinnamon bun, spicy and fruity with a big malt base to it and some toasty toffee notes. This is a splendid thing.

Can. Color: Slightly hazy copper, off-white head. Aroma: Malt, cinnamon. Taste: Malt, bread, toast, subtle cinnamon notes, sweet dried fruit like apricots, caramel hints. Notes of vanilla. Light yeasty hints. Moderate sweet, very light bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Just like a says, a liquid cinnamon bun. Subtle flavours, enjoyable.
