Well people DO like buns don't they? Especially Danish Cinnamon buns..... This beer was made with loads of dried fruit, cinnamon bark and spices to recreate the Danish classic in beer form. skål!

Thin beige head on a hazy reddish brown body. Sweet, biscuit & malt aroma. Medium bodied, tingly on the tongue with a smooth clean back. Sweet, jam, herbal, cinnamon & biscuit tastes with a fruity finish. Unusual - decent enough.

On keg @ Fierce Beer, Edinburgh. Appearance - hazy amber to red, lightly autumnal. Light, off white head. Nose - cinnamon, bready and cakey. Taste - cakey again, dried fruit and wood spice, particularly cinnamon. Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy texture. Sweet and lightly spicy on the finish. Overall - quite enjoyable.

15/5/2021. Can shared at the IpsCol beer share. Pours clear bright amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, Danish pastry, cinnamon, stewed fruits, toffee apple. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation.

330ml can. Clear orange-brown with an off-white head. Aroma of vanilla, dough, caramel. Taste is sweet, doughy malts, vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, cinnamon isn't very strong but it's enough to give it the cinnamon bun taste. Medium body.
