(Bottle) Golden orange colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, apricots, barnyard, hay and horse stable. Fruity, tart taste with stone fruit, grapefruit, apricots, peaches, barnyard, hay, oak wood and a dry and tart finish. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and fresh, with a generous acidity and a good apricot character. Very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty acetic, with lots of tart apricots. Flavour is along the same lines, with sour apricots, acetic notes, and some oak. Quite acetic and vinegary. A little harsh and lacking complexity. Okay.

Flaska från SB. Gulfärgad, lätt spökdisig med vit krona. Funkigt, ganska hög syrlighet, massor av omogen aprikos, stenfrukt, fruktkärnor, ladugård, halm, mineraler. Riktigt lätt kropp, ganska torr och stram och försvinner relativt snabbt. Skulle väl druckigts en varm sommardag. Välbrygt och gott

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is apricots, fresh yoghurt. Taste is apricots, yoghurt funk, quite oaky, a bit tannic. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

[ As Stockholm Barrel Aged Apricot Sour ].
ABV: 4.5%. Hazy - murky medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, apricot, sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, apricot, citric, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190511]

Flaska från SB. Gulfärgad, lätt spökdisig med vit krona. Funkigt, ganska hög syrlighet, massor av omogen aprikos, stenfrukt, fruktkärnor, ladugård, halm, mineraler. Lätt kropp, ganska torr och stram och försvinner relativt snabbt. Kunde varit något större, men samtidigt snygg som den är. Uppfriskande, somrig, balkongkompatibel, lättdrucken. Bra syrlig i början, mjuknar av och slår av relativt snabbt. Välgjort och mycket gott - mer sånt här från svenska bryggerier.
