Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, brettanomyces, wood, and caramel. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, wood, fruit, malt, and a bit of caramel, leading to a tart finish.

Clear amber orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: dry, wood, dusty, funky, sourish impression, some vinegar. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish start, vinegar notes, fruity, juicy, lemon juice, very acidic, a little bitter, some tannins noticeable. Aftertaste: more vinegar, very sourish, a bitter and earthy taste, some red wine, tannins, grape skin, sourish finish. Too much vinegar to my liking. Other than that, it is an interesting complex beer.

Sampled from the tap at Bodega Fermin. Pours a clear amber orange with a tan head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a sour stone fruit and a bit of balsamic with a touch of sweet grains. Flavor has a sour stone fruits with a touch of balsamic and some sweet bread backing.
