Although this is a Spring beer in the Alternate Universe of Beer Seasons, there is still snow in the mountains, a nip in the air, and it’s cold. Paradise Peak is a crisp pilsner to welcome the coming sun and warm days. We first brewed this beer to drink after working a shift at the brewery and kept brewing it because, well, we work a lot of shifts and need a lot of beer. And we thought this pilsner was really good, and we brewed some to share with you. Paradise Peak is brewed with German and Pacific Northwest malts and Yakima Valley hops. “There’s a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.” – Steven Wright

Down & Dirty: Bohemian Pilsner, Carafoam, and Acidulated malts with Magnum and Czech Saaz hops.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Davidson, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head and good retention. No real lacing. Light lager aroma. Bright pilsner malt flavor with a little citrus taste and a soft bitter finish. Crisp mouthfeel without being too sharp. Refreshing and easy drinking.

355ml can. Pours a clear straw colour with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild aroma of grainy malt and grass. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, corn, lemon and bitter grass in a dry, crisp, hoppy finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.
