Tap at Valhalla Prague. Clear golden, lovely, some off-white head. Bit minerally, bit herbal aroma. Lean, dry taste, smooth grainy notes, bit herbal and minerally, simple, bit tame even for a German pils, but fine.

0,15l from tap at Haket, Göteborg. Yellow clear color, small white head. Smells beard, earthy, spices, tobacco, light corn sirup. Decent smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes corn sirup, earthy, spices, peppery. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of corn sirup, earthy and peppery notes. Pretty decent one

On tap at Haket, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has lots of dry toasted grains, plenty of spicy Saaz, and crisp crackery notes. Flavour is dry, spicy, and grainy, with a nice bitter Saaz expression, toasted grains, and crackery notes. Finished spicy, crisp and bitter. Very good.

Tap at Billie’s on Saturday. One of the big surprises of the festival, extremely clean and crips, got all the sweet maltyness and herbal hop character, simply well rounded, but to an extreme. Could’ve been just spur of the moment, but worked really well.

Can 33cl. @homae poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear deep golden colour, fair white soapy head, slowly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, bready, grassy hops. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, hoppy. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, short and mild sweetbitter aftertaste, a bit astringent, solid pilner, nice.

Keg at Mikkeller Old Town, Tallinn. Aroma is yeasty, slightly citrusy, slightly metallic. Opaque gold. Foamy translucent white head develops a bald spot. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Easy drinking if overly polite.

Ljusgul klar vätska med vitt livligt skumtäcke. Arom av gräs, blommor och med antydan av honung. Markerad maltig kropp. Blommig, gräsig och lite yvig i beskan. Drycken håller ihop och har ett torrt avslut.
