Pours dark red with no head. Aroma has notes of cherry, portwine and oak. Taste is heavy sweet and light sour with a long cherry portwine and oak finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

MBCC. Deep red with no head. Aroma is honey, cherries, rich, little perfume and berries. Flavour is honey, sweet, berried, cherries, cherry, stone, sweet and warming.

Sample at MBCC2019, Copenhagen. Colour is very dakr ruby with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berreis, cherries, some sweetness and some honey. Not so sweet mead.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear deep red no head. Aroma of honey, rich cherries, cherry stones, almond, brandy. Flavor is sweet, tart fruity, honey, wood, almonds, cherry, cherry stones, alcohol. Full body, oily mouthfeel, no carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 110519

Tap @MBCC2019, Red Session. Very dark red, no head. Good cherry aroma, a little almond. Sweet, slightly bitter cherry flavour. Rough.

Tap. Deep ruby color with no head. Aroma is cherry indeed, deep cherry, oak, sweet stuff. Taste is cherry wine, a touch tannins, brandy barrel sugars. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. A bit too much, although it has nice tannins.
