Pours dark brown. Scent is surprisingly weak. traces of honey. Hidden traces of maple. Taste is full, sweet, thick honey base. Medium intense maple that grows quite intense. very sticky, sweet ending. Simple in it's complexity, yet very full and enjoyable. You'd have to be a sweet tooth though!

Dark brown with no head. Aroma of maple syrup, floral honey, overripe dark fruits, vanilla and bourbon. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with an alcoholic finish and soft carbonation.

Pours black with no head. Aroma has notes of honey, maple, roasted, nutty and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet with a long sweet, honey and maple finish. Body is full, texture is sticky, carbonation is flat.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours very dark deep red no head. Aroma of honey, vanilla, maple syrup, tart fruit, wood. Flavor is sweet, rich honey, caramel, rich maple, fruit, wood, alcohol. Full body, oily monthfeel, no carbonation, sweet light tart finish with warming alcohol. Smooth. 110519

Dark brown colour. Sweet aroma, raisins, Christmas pudding, a bit vinous. Syrupy sweet, caramel, maple syrup, rich and decadent, without the depth of Polish meads.
