Looks like qunce juice. Aroma is wild, horse blanket, spikey fruits, acidic juice lots of funk. Taste is sour fresh with sweet apple and quince and a heavy bitter body. Well balanced and super drinkable and super complex. Great stuff.

Bottle at home picked up from from Kernel taproom. A light hazed peach orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sour funk, woody peach, mouldy wood, tangy sour lemon, berries, some light hairspray. Flavour is composed of sour lemon, chalky, red berries, sour funky , mouldy wood, tangy fruit, lemon rind. Palate is mellow sour, tangy, highish carbonation, some woody tannin. Lingering complex funk, vanilla.

33cl pink with some pinkish head. Nose is nice, fruity and floral, stone fruits and berries. Flavors follow. Mosaic hangs. Tart and dry. Medium bodied. 8 3 8 4 15

Bottle shared at the DCBeer February share. Poured a red-wine red color with a light purple hue. Aroma was light funk, with a lot of plum. Pleasant plum tartness.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, floral, funk and tartness. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long floral, funky and citrus finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Tilt, pours a hazy dark-ish orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with rustic saison yeast, light wild yeast, and some earthy oakiness more akin to a biere de garde. Flavour is tangy and sour in a way I wasn't expecting, but it seems appropriate - with rustic saison yeast, oak, earthiness, and tangy citrus. A bit of cardboard here. Tangy, citric, oaky finish. Good stuff, but can't shake the slightly oxidized feeling.

Bottle split at Cotts Convention V, thanks for the shares, 08/06/19. Hazed golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is light funk, tangy berries, damp straw, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises tangy damson jam, grass, funk, yeast esters, stoned fruits, berry skins, big old damson load. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid.
