Keg at Casc, Aberdeen. It pours golden with a dissipating white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, musty, funky, slightly sweet sponge cake vibes, oak, lemon - lime, zingy, orange peel, granny smith apple and wet hay. The taste is dry, tart, musty, funky, bright, kick of acidity, zingy lemon, orange peel, vinous, kumquat, vinous, white grape, white currant, puckering, hay, wet grass and a hint of tannin. Finish is dry with a distant pucker. Medium body and fine carbonation. plenty of depth to it and rather moreish. Rather enjoyable stuff.
