Taster. Shared with Alex and Farees. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky and very fruity. Taste: along the same lines, but it has the same some strange and quite aggressive citrus peel bitterness. Overall: aroma is very nice, taste is not that pleasant, though.

Draught @ Darby's DTES. Cloudy, yellow, medium head. Tart bretty aroma with really nice dry hopping - vinous and seems like galaxy. Soft, maybe a bit flat, lots of lychee hop notes, sweet pale malts and light brett. Nice stuff.

A hazed milky yellow saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet citrusy fruity malt with light lactic notes, light cheesey notes, resinous hops, pleasant if strange. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy pulp, light tropical fruits, light grassy hops, very nice. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Draught in Portland, 12/22/18. Lightly-to-minimally hazy, blonde with a small, white head showing moderate retention.
Smells like wet dog. Sometimes that happens with Brett, though I haven't smelled a wet dog beer from Oxbow that I recall. A little bit of citrus and other tropical notes from Brett/hops behind it, but mostly wet dog. It's not good, yet it's not preventing me from wanting to taste it.
In the mouth the wet dog is mostly gone, though there are some fairly sharp acids on the finish. Lots of tangerine and lemon from the hops with a malty, well-attenuated texture and tight carbonation. Light bitterness, moderate cereal grain character and no alcohol or flaw in flavor. Kinda punchy. Whatever acid causes that wet dog character, it's much too prevalent here.
