Bottiglia.

Draught at Casey's Pub, 2/11/24. Clear, dark brown. Thin, dark beige head. Chocolate syrup in the nose with faint roast. Clean, though the sugar covers up most. Sweet, syrupy, tastes mostly like Hershey's syrup, followed by vague roast and light malt. Not too thin for its size. Sweet.

Pour is a black with a small tan head. Aroma is a fresh broken into chocolate bar. Flavor is more chocolate bar sweetness with maybe a little bitter bakers chocolate added. It's sweet but you knew that going into this. All chocolate all the way.

Draft Tulip glass at Coach's Bar & Grill in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a brown black with a 1/2 inch light khaki head. The aroma is soft chocolate, along with a bit of roast and general sweetness. The taste is soft chocolate, soft roast and soft malt. The palate is light bodied with light carbonation and a lingering chocolate flavor. Subdued, but clean.

Bottle pour from Total Wine & More, Danvers. It's a dark, dark brown with a few white floaties, light sparkle, thin cap of beige head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is fudge over sweet, earthy malt. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not bad but not much to it.
