Ambre/pâle, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme finement malté, pâle et caramel léger, pointe de pils, sensation d'effluves houblonnées rappelant les C-Hops - surtout sur les agrumes avec un rétro-nasal léger résineux. Le malt revient aussi discrètement en rétro.
Palais est sur une base classique IPA américaine, j'aime ce retour old school - léger sur les malts, pils/pâle. Amertume des houblons avec une belle note d'agrumes, herbacée - note de pamplemousse et un fini qui revient sur le malté.

500ml can from Pivnoi Rai in Moscow. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is resin, grapefruit, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, citrus, resin, pine needles. Medium bitter finish. Solid IPA from a time when the RateBeer top 50 for Russia was dominated by lagers, a couple of Baltic porters and the odd West Coast IPA such as this one.

21/10/2020. Sample courtesy of saxo and co, cheers. Pours golden with a large fluffy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, rich and spicy hops, fruit and grass. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Good body, soft carbonation. Rich and flavoursome, very nice.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, little caramel, grassy hops, fruit. Flavor is sweet light bitter, malt caramel, grassy, fruit, little citrus. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 041020

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, hop flowers - hop cones. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, hop flowers - hop cones, hop bitter, sweet malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, fruits, flowers and has a nice long bitter finish.

Bottle @Saxo's. clear light amber, thick offwhite head. Grapefruit, pine aroma, a little malt and caramel. solid pine, caramel and grapefruit flavour. cramy fluffy mouthfeel with lasting piney bitterness. Quite nice.

Taste: Medium sweet, malty, medium bitter, citrusy hops, fruity. Palate: Medium body. Light creamy texture. Long bitter finish.
