6 months ago we found the largest Omnipollo beer haul we’ve ever seen. The haul belonged to Bruno Policarpo Crocco from Brazil. To brew Bruno Raspberry Lime Crush in his honor was the only reasonable thing to do. Brewed with raspberry, lime, lactose and fresh mint.

Draught@Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm. Hazy murky reddish purple colour with a small creamy white head. Aroma is lemon, rasperries, lime and some sligt tartness. Flavour is acidic, some lactose, mild lemon, lime and raspberries. Somewhat watery, but still a pleasantly dryish palate.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, København
Pours hazy dark pink with a pinkish off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness and raspberry. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, raspberry and tart finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

MBCC. Hazy red/neon with small pink head. Aroma is malt, lime, raspberries and berries. Flavour is malt, fruit, berries, lime, spices, herbs, raspberry, citric and a little dry.

[5/10/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Yellow session. Murky pink. Juicy berries, lime, lacto, tart, yogurt. Great.
