Bottle shared at home, cellared this one for over a year. Pours semi clear golden with no head. Nose is citrus zest, smoked notes, some sweet booze which I’m not sure I’d recognise is bourbon if I didn’t know and lots of funk. Taste is sweetish upfront, malty notes and bourbon appear (it’s more apparent than it was in the aroma) then it shows funk, acidic notes, citrus zest and woody notes. It’s moderately to heavily sour but the acid profile(?) is also kinda round at the same time. Closes with a tart, fruity and dry finish, it has a medium body and soft carbonation. Interesting and layered drink, could be a tad more intense perhaps.

Half champagne bottle, bez piany i niestety nie za wiele tego slodu wedzonego, oczywiscie jest beczkowe, kwasne, choc tez nie jakos ekstremalnie tak jak lubie i przydalo by sie w te duszne dni odrobine wiecej tego kwasu, no ale jest dobre...tylko dobre.

Rauchig säuerlicher Beginn. Konstante weiche Säure, spritzig, unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert. Süffig, die Rauchigkeit bleibt prägend, rund. Gut! 7/12/12/12/11/12

Bottle, 375 ml, shared with Miro. Hazy yellow, small white head. Nice smoke aroma, fruit, citrus, juicy, funky, brett, nice medium sourness. Bit more after would be nice, but still a great one.

Bottle, tks dan. Golden clear with a white low foam. Nose: peat, smoked cheese, mild funk. Mouth: sweet fruity start, peppery, frizzy, lovely citric.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Tart and sweet, farmyard funk, subtle fruity and smoky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart with sweetish notes, fruity gooseberries and vinuous white wine notes, farmyard funk. Very subtle smoke notes, getting a little stronger when standing longer but still very subtle. Subtle wood. Very light bitterness. Dry-ish finish. No carbonation, medium body. Ok, but not one of the best from Ca' del Brado in my opinion.
