Utilizing our transformative Juice Project approach, Juice Project Citra + Galaxy showcases this legendary pairing in an exciting and delicious new way.
Featuring the most substantial dry hop of any Tree House beer to date, the overall hop volume is actually reduced in comparison to beers of similar stature. The result is staggeringly juicy with minimal bitterness and potent notes of overripe pineapple, juicy citrus, and sweet passion fruit. It is an unabashed juice bomb - Enjoy!

Canned 10/3/2024, drank 10/26/2024. Cloudy medium orange body, thick puffy cream head. Aroma a rich blend of floral and fruity elements including big pineapple notes, pink grapefruit, and modest pine/spruce. Soft body, very gummy, has a guava/peach/passionfruit/melon marmalade quality with oily bitter tannins in the finish. The bubblegum and candy give this an almost Belgian character. Extraordinary.

Charlton draught, 10/29/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Medium-sized, off-white head. Soft and juicy, lots of melon, sweet citrus, juicy tropical fruit. No sign of over dry, sprucey Galaxy notes. Though there's spice, cherry, and melon from the Galaxy. Backing malts are supple and rich. Juicy, spicy, with a big malt depth that helps balance the dry spice of the Galaxy. No big spruce or cranberry here, thankfully. Just a mineral and white wine-rich character softened by honey-like malt and juicy, citrusy Citra. Rich, flavorful, malty, well-attenuated. Maybe a touch short on the finish, adding a bit too much cracker, water and dry spice, but otherwise superlative.

Can split at the KristmasKracker Tasting, thanks to Dave, Watford 10/12/21. Hazed fruit smoothie orange to yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is bitter citric shreds, grapefruit, ripe melon, pine needle. Taste comprises sharp citric flesh, pine needle, sticky tropical fruits, bitter orange, grass. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive juicy hop bitterness. Solid DIPA with a good bitter edge.

Can shared in Watford - cheers to Dave. Pours milky gold with a small, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour, heavily chalky, some semi-ripe citrus fruits, orange juice, lightly faded pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Chalky finish, notes of lemon rind, low bitterness, a little boozy warmth. So so.

Can thanks to Ken, drunk at home - totally opaque orange with a white head. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit abound, notes of passionfruit and mango, pineapple and grapefruit, sweet malts, medium body, balanced light bitter close. Very nice but not quite up there with the preceding Monkish brews.
