Bottle at home. Darker orange to reddish color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are sourish with notes of sweet peach in between. Light fruit peel hints after the initial taste. Bit sharp in the end. Decent beer, even though it's not really my thing.

20/X/21 - 33cl bottle @ home, BB: I/2031, bottled: 5/I/21, lotnr: 2020/0007 (2021-1173) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy orange beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, lots of alcohol, dried fruits, bit herbal, caramel notes, sweet, dried fruits, more caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, quite some vinegar, very bitter, lots of tannins, dry. Aftertaste: very sourish, bit lemony, sugary, oxidized, banana peel, more oxidation going on, herbal, bit weird and too much vinegar to my liking, not my favourite…

Small off-white head; big-bubbled veiled amber beer. Acetic acid, caramel, as a syruped gueuze. Taste is pretty different, with raw mushrooms and mould flavours. With caramel and acetic acid returning in the finish, this time together with some lactic acid. One more with a bit of earthiness in the finish. Sticky, bit syrupy after all. At least medium bodied, mild carbonation. Not the best one from Jo. I really don't see the purpose of having re-invented the capsullekesgueuze .

Pours a warm, dark, unclear amber. Small but full, small bubbled, very creamy, eggwhite head. Medium stability. Scent is extremely full. Malty, oak, milf lactic acid-remining tart notes. Even a touch of chloride ( not that the beer is off, just noticable ) Some acetic acid as well. Taste is definately somewhat acetic, has that 'glue' character ( in small amounts) I don't like. Full maltyness underneath with noticable bitterness. Milder-than-expected oak. Perhaps a bit to acetic for the balance. The totality of the beer isn't really that smooth. It's not specifically alcoholic or boozy, but it feels like beer could benefit from a lower ABV regardless. It has some nice aspects to it, but they don't shine due to things conflicting with eachother, rather than embracing eachother.
