Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed gold with minimal white head. Smoked, dry-ish apple, some feint manure notes, quite nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has some smokiness to it, crisp apple skins, and a touch of farmhouse notes. Flavour has plenty of smoke, great farmhouse notes, crisp apple skins, and some mustiness. Great smokiness, close to bone dry, fantastic farmhouse complexity. Excellent.

Pale amber, and hazy. There's a nice apple complexity to this, along with honey notes. Smells earthy, smokey, pedio. Drinks dry, smokey, feels like a bit of sugar. Not a lot of pedio, just a touch, but that smoke and complexity is great.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy dull gold. Musty apple skins, manure, and a kind of smoky character on the nose. Flavour has lots of musty manure, smoky straw, bone dry finish. Fantastic complexity, and the smokiness is lovely. Excellent cider.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB! Aroma is scotch, earthy and tangy apple. Dry finish with the scotch flavour coming through. Combination works and is something to enjoy on a summers evening.

Bottle at home from RAD beer. A Hazed bright orange coloured pour with a small white fizz. Aroma is woody, dry, bark, mellow horsey funk, plastic, some phenolic. Flavour is composed of tangy, horsey funk, dry pithy apples, woody bark, some TCP medicinal, leafy dry finish. Palate is dry, crisp, light mineral, highish carbonation. Grew on me as it warmed up a bit.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a coppery golden with a bubble head. Aroma is perfume, apples, whiskey, alcohol. Taste is smokey, burnt, apple, tannins, char, so hidden in the nose but excited in the flavor.
