vitange bottle, bbf 2021-07-31 tasted 2023-05-16 Fresh notes of bitter hops and aromatic hops, crisp malty to sweet malty balance, has held its time very well indeed, even now the aroma is very good, only hints of old hops, it must have been awesome when it topped. Flavor is aromatic sweet malty with tons of hops on top, Only rarely do i taste an european ipa style beer that reminds me of the best ones I tasted from usa 15 years ago, this is such one. Perhaps aging did good as well as bad to it, it is now super complex with layers upon layers of malts and hops, while the bitterness is still there it is not overly agressive, but i doubt it was ever very bitter. I clearly have to find me a fresh hoppy beer from hoppy people, cause this one is awesome vintage stuff.

Bottle sourced from Beergium and drunk at home, New 🇨🇭 brewery ✅(08/07/2021) - turbid to opaque orange pour with a white head. juicy fruity with lots of tropical fruity hits, mango and papaya, nectarine, apricot, citrus rind bitterness, some sabro pineapple chiming in, creamy soft sweet supporting malts, solid hoppy close. Lovely. Great first impression.
