Fast gone head over clear metallic orangey golden beer. Bit grainy nose, pale malts, dried leaves. Bit honeyish initial flavour, sweet malts, hint at other grains and again those dry leaves, kernels. Quite slick, low carbonation, light to medium bodied. Aftertaste gets more and more sweet. Dull and sweet. Txs to Stef!

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, malzig, leicht fruchtig mit Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Kenn ich als Stift Schlägl BIO Roggen in der 0,33 l Flasche. Deutlich heller als ich es normalerweise von einem Roggenbier gewohnt bin. Getreidige und florale Nuancen herrschen vor. Schnell merkt man, dass hier keine der üblichen Malzsorten (Gerste / Weizen) Verwendung findet. Leichte Eisennote, aber nicht unangenehm. Im Abgang etwas trocken / gallig, aber nicht unangenehm. Sehr weich, vollmundig, ganz leicht fettig am Gaumen - sehr angenehm. Rohstoffe aus Bioanbau - großer Pluspunkt. Ein interessantes und gutes Bier

As a Schlagl BIO Roggen. 330ml bottle. Ekologiczne piwo zytnie chyba niezbyt udane, mimo ze nalane do orginalnego kufla Schlagl ladnie sie prezentowalo, spora trwala sniezno biala pianam jaskrawo zlota barwa, lekko mgliste. I ta barwa mnie dziwi, zazwyczaj zytnie piwa konsumowalem mocno metne i szarawo brazowej barwy. Mimo to plus za ekologiczne zyto, ale smakowo bylo jak sredniej jakosci dobrze odfermentowany pilsner. Pairing with Vienna Schnitzel at my home

33cl bottle. Pours clear dark golden colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malt, caramel, dry fruits. Taste of dry hops, metallic hops, sweet grains, pale fruits, caramel.
