375ml bottle. Pours rose pale red with a small head. Aroma is mostly raspberries, sweet cherries, plum and other stonefruits, hints of lemon acid in the background. Mild dryness with some acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity finish. Alright!

31-01-20 // taster at Braukunst Live! From a bottle. Pours unclear pinkish red. Distinct cider yeast aromas in the nose along a raspberry aroma. Good fruity sourness and well embedded yeast aromas.

Bottle. Clear pink color with pink head. Aroma is raspberry skin, light barn, wheat. Taste is raspberry, wheat, a touch dill. Silky mouthfeel with champenoise carbonation. Very nice!

Raspberry, a bit candyish on the palate. Red golden, pink foamy head. Medium dry sparkly, lightly tart, sparkly, fun!
