Aged Sample Fluffy, dense, whipped eggwhite-like head over orangey golden beer. Oxydation very present, orangepeel. Again oxydation in the taste, albeit less; old cookies, ending sweet. Gives the impression of a Heller Bock with old hops. Light, slick, oxydation features, some alcohol apparent. Too bad for the oxydation - my question is "is this top-fermenting?". Txs to Stef!

Clear deep golden colour, good creamy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma develops slowly, pale malt, grain, orange, tangerine, peach, some lactose. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, peach, bit alcohol, spicy in the finish. Dry but juicy bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, alcohol notes. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, well-balanced, very nice!

On Tap at Frisches Bar, München, Wednesday 10th April 2019 en route to a Georgian meal at Iveria, near Poccastrasse with Loz's work colleagues. Pours hazy orange with a white head, talking of orange I get a streaky orange bitterness, a little sweetness. Soft in the mouth, a little boozy, a touch of grand marnier about this. Good if a touch boozy.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Cloudy Orange, golden cream. Peach, lychee, perfumed, a hint hop burn. Grainy malt, medium mellow mouthfeel, a hint astringent. Warming fruity finish.

Tap. Hazy golden-orange color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is nutty Callista, very fresh fruits, great modern Hallertau aroma. Taste is juicy and grassy herbal hops, a touch papery/strawy, boozy finish. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled, but high carbonation. Almost like a Brut. The smell is heavenly, the flavour is just a bit too alcoholic for me.
