26/12/2021. Commissioned by Beer52 online store from Lekker, which is just a brand, not a brewery

Pretty standard wit, very slightly cloudy pale gold, with a frothy white head, bubblegum on the nose, yeasty and fruity, soft and smooth but not really getting any coriander

Drank on 21st March 2021 on my fake Beer52 Belgian tasting night . 330ml can from Beer52: BB 28th Jan 2022. Clearest Witbier I've ever come across, golden amber in colour, off-white head. Yeasty, clovey and coriandery with a trace of orangey. Better than I expected to be honest.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A surprisingly clear amber pour with a tight cream coloured head; aroma of coriander and banana; quite thin and crisp in the mouth with a coriander taste; and a little spice to finish. Unexciting.

Tight white head left a creamy cover on a well carbonated, unclear gold body. Chalk, spice & banana aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & limp on the back. Chalk, coriander, bitter & fruity tastes. Pretty poor stuff.

Can from Beer 52. Has the classic witbier aroma of bananas and bubblegum together with yeast and a hint of Turkish delight. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small foamy white head and some lacing. In the mouth there is a brief glimpse of banana to start before the spices kick in. Coriander is the main one, but there is also orange, lemon rind, and cloves. Bitter fruits dominate the finish. It’s a bit thin and watery but otherwise a very good witbier.
