Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, lactose acid, funk, malt and has a nice long sour finish.

Backlog. 375ml bottle. Almost clear, golden with white head. Perfumy plums, apricot, some funk. A bit sharp and zesty, but highly refreshingly so. Stonefruit left, right and center. Delightful blend.

Cloudy blond colour with a dash of orange. The aroma is amazingly funky, farts. Moderately sour, faint stone fruit, mild funkiness; the fruit is detracting.

Bottle split at the XmasKracker tasting, big thanks to Danny, Watford 10/12/21. Hazed orange with a good sized off white crown. Nose is ripe fruit esters, wood must, funk, herb, plummy twang, light acidic nostril tickle. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, funk, wood must, raw pineapple shreds, lychee, melon, farmyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic wash. Solid.

Feb 04, 2024: Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazed golden yellow with small white head. Smooth plum, funk, very nice. Dec 11, 2021 (8/3/8/4/16=3.9): Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy golden yellow with minimal white head and a bit of sediment. Plum, funk, quite nice.

750ml @ Matt's parents' place with a scenic view. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: very funky, minerally, sulphur. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: bold and good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy plums and gentle funk in nice cohesion. Flavour is fairly juicy, with moderate funk, lots of juicy plums, some stone fruit pith, and gentle acidity. Juicy, funky, with great balance. Not a top-tier fruit lambic, but it's very well-made.

Bottle shared in Watford - cheers to Dan. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, assertive acidity, old wood, juicy lemon, white pepper. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, more lemon, oak, grass, white pepper. Solid.
