Aus der Flasche (bbe 21.01.2031) im 2025-08 getrunken. Dieses trübe, gelbe Ale kombiniert hervoragend den Mirabellen Einfluss mit klassischen Gueuze und Farmhaouse-Aromen miteinander. Der Säuregehalt ist sehr gut ausbalanciert und mit dem kräftigen Körper bekommt man ein wunderbares Ale ins Glas!

Fantastic fruity nose. The beer intense sour. Deep fruity with an intense sourness in the back. Funk and horse blanket, sour Mirabelles. Deep sour fruity on the tongue, round and intense fruity fresh. Thanks HP!

Cloudy, golden color and almost no head. Tart nose, sour-acidic, yellow fruits. Taste starts sour, followed by a nice fruityness. Fi e fruity-acidic finish

Bottle. Very cloudy orange with a small white head that's soon at the rim. Aroma of old lemony funk with plums and some almonds a fair way underneath. Quite a bit of body. Not far off still. Soft mellow plums, intensely sour lambic. Brackenish Brett at the end. Opens up as it warms to 14C or so.

Solid stack of OG vibes plus tart almost peachy plum sweet and sourness. Real nice nose and lingering stonefruit flavors. Thanks Lucas v. !

BB 21.01.2031. orange murky color, small white head. smells of plums, stone fruits, citric, spices, oak, parfumy, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of stone fruits, citric, plums, earthy, grassy, bit herbal. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of plums, stone fruits and earthy notes. very nice one, rather on the dry side, but very nice fruit flavours.
