Poured from a 750 ml, 2020 -2021 vintage bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with fairly strong plum notes. Hints of tropical fruit and citrus as well. Medium light herbal, musty, earthy funk. Light oak notes and hints of alcohol. Light grain notes. Pours a slightly hazy, orange color with a medium sized, moderately thick, frothy, white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers in the center and along the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light acidity and balanced sweetness with light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of plum with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Light herbal, earthy must notes with hints of oak. Dry finish accentuates the fruit and bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid fruited lambic. Really nice plum notes in the aroma and flavor. Slightly sharp acidity but it's light and balanced by the sweet fruit notes. Good base lambic character.

A small taste from a friend (bottle) @ Tuulensuu. Pours hazy yellow with a low head. Aroma is sweet and complex sour malts with fruits. Flavor is sweet and complex sour, very sour, malts with some stone fruits. Incredible.
