Bottle shared in Watford - cheers to Dan. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, assertive acidity, old wood, juicy lemon, white pepper. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, more lemon, oak, grass, white pepper. Solid.

Bottle shared at the watford Christmas tasting 10/12/2021. Many thanks to Daniel osprey for this one. A hazed golden orange coloured pour halo of white head. Aroma is funky peach, apricot, mint, wheat, horsey. Funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, big tangy, orange rind, tangerine, fuzzy peach apricot yogurt.

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow, thin white head. Aroma: Fruity horseblanket and farmyard wild yeast funk. Taste: Over moderate tart, light sweet, fruity Mirabelle (yellow plum) and lemon, quite strong earthy wild yeast funk, notes of hay, wood. Dry mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Refreshing. Still young. Very nice.

75cl @ Etre Gourmet, Belgium. Pours hazy yellow with a White head. Mirabelle plums, Wood, funk and barnyard. Super dry and crisp. Tartness. Lovely

BB 21.01.2031. orange murky color, small white head. smells of plums, stone fruits, citric, spices, oak, parfumy, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of stone fruits, citric, plums, earthy, grassy, bit herbal. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of plums, stone fruits and earthy notes. very nice one, rather on the dry side, but very nice fruit flavours.

Flaska från privatimport, 20 - 21. Gulorange, lätt disig, liten vit krona. Oerhört fruktig och juicig, mängder av mirabell, djup och bra syra, massor av syrliga kärnor, fylligt. Nästan lite Fou Foune-vibbar i fruktigheten. Salivproduktionen går på högvarv. Kanongott.

75cl bottle from Les caves de l'Ermitage close to Cantillon in Brussels. F: no, real. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: lemon, yellow plums, gooseberries, bit brett, funky, woody, bit yoghurt. T: sour fruity, yellow plums, bit brett, woody, bit gooseberries, bit old lemon, light hoppy, dry on the palate, green peach, bit puckering yet not very sour, soft carbonation, very nice balanced, fully enjoyed.

Fantastic fruity nose. The beer intense sour. Deep fruity with an intense sourness in the back. Funk and horse blanket, sour Mirabelles. Deep sour fruity on the tongue, round and intense fruity fresh. Thanks HP
