This is a quaffable session beer with a floral nose and a malty core, giving it notes of caramel and biscuits, finishing with smooth bitterness from the British hops.

7-4-7-3-14 Can, three weeks before bbd. Pours translucent orange, with a big creamy head. Aroma is malty notes of biscuits and toffee, as well as earthy yeast and floral hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is earthy yeast and fruity malts with biscuits and toffee, as well as sweet floral hops with grass. A bit too sweet, but pretty quaffable.

Can. A hazy golden-orange colored beer with a nice white head. Malty, biscuity aroma with caramel, generic fruityness, some grass and hay in the aroma. It's medium bodied, rather dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Some cooked vegetables in the flavor, a bit astringency, as well as bread, caramel, resin and pine cones. Medium length finish, quite grassy. Not the best bitter I've had, a bit off too. 210918

Can from Gulating. Slightly unclear golden body under a fine, foamy white head. Fresh aroma on the malty side, smooth malt, crisp biscuit and some fruity and floral hops. Super delicate in taste, even as pretty straight forward malt, biscuit, toast, mild toffee, fruity hops and balanced bitterness – just made so fantastic balanced. Fine body and same tasty aftertaste. An almost perfect British pub bitter without any arty farty trick – I never saw this coming from Brewski.

Yesterday. Fairly estery and a hint grainy. Decent stuff.
