Amaro non invasivo che pulisce il palato a ogni bevuta, la giusta carbonatazione e la leggera presenza del malto, con accennate note di pane e lievi sfumature floreali sul finale, la rendono una birra adatta a chi non è disposto a scendere a compromessi.

Lattina. Al naso arrivano sentori di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare cristallino. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato arrivavano note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, ananas, arancia rossa e mandarino.

Draught Huge dense, white head over clear, not very carbonated beer, dark golden. Wafers, faintly peppery malts, just a hint of grass. Fruity flavour, but also an impression of kale or Brussels sprouts. Good maltbacking, but not much maltflavour. Light to medium bodied, very slick, good carbonation. Decent strong pils, if to the sweet side.

Tap at Higgins. Hazy golden body, off-white head, thick. Creamy aroma, some citrus candy. Soft creamy taste, light orange candy and herbal notes, not too much bitterness. Solid beer!

Tap at Higgins. Golden. Orange, lemon, lime. Sweet and sticky oily, but a pleasant mouthfeel. Drinkable.

Tap at Higgins. Cloudy golden, white lace. Fruity base, chewy dry, grain, broad fruitiness, nice broad herbal bitterness under all, gooseberry, basil. Pleasant drink.

Tap. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, melon, citrus jam, decent maltiness too. Taste is fruity jam, bready, flowery, bitter finish, mild butter. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbobation. Excellent condition, solid drinker, not even Italian (as in: not overly perfumey).

Can sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Clear golden. Grainy, grassy and citric hops, a bit sweetish, bready, bitter finish.
