This classic Scots ale is as dark and brooding as the storms which sweep across our remote Atlantic outcrop. Hangman’s Rock juts out from a cliff face to the south of the island, forming a natural and well used place of execution in days gone by. This beer would be the ideal way to end a long day of dispatching.
