Can to snifter.
Appearance: glazed orange in color with a small cap of a little white foamy head; once dissipated - not much lace
Aroma: caramel coated red delicious apples, cinnamon, some brown sugar, lactose/creamy components
Flavor: mostly sweet throughout but an ample tone of sour to tart character making some waves; mild aftertaste of the caramel coated apples
Texture: medium bodied, decent as a sipper; fairly smooth along the tongue due to the lactose/creamy part; finishes fairly smooth
Overall: I'd say a pretty good pasty sour I'd be willing to have again possibly for an Autumn evening.

Tap at KEG. Pours an opaque golden with white head. Nose is intense apple, cinnamon and vanilla, sweet, tart and indulging. Taste is sweetish upfront, then takes a tart turn, showing apple, cinnamon and vanilla. It’s warming and sweet, has a medium to full body and soft carbonation. Liquid apple pie, very well done.

Tall can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 21. Thanks Mark for this. First Montana tick. Pours a bright hazed yellow, small white head. Big cinnamon toffee apple aroma, continues nicely to taste with a big apple pie feel. Thought it might be overly sweet, but it's pretty well balanced, definitely sweet but nicely presented overall.
