Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma non molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, spezie, genepi, pepe, agrumi, frutta passita e alcol invadente.

Smell of malt, yeast. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, dried fruit, pepper, some straw, faint clove. Sweet, medium bitter. More of a dubbel/saison mix than tripel. Lively carbon.

clear golden colour, one inch of creamy white head; aroma of grainy, grassy, some dried apricot, hints of banana and floral, as well as herbal notes; taste is quite malt-dominant with some metallic-bittery and minimal fruity, as well as herbal notes ; not really good tripel...honestly, I'm not even sure that it is really a tripel...

Bottled 330ml. -from Carrefour Aosta. Pale golden coloured, small white head, yeast and alcohol in the nose. Too sweet yeasty alcoholic taste with notes of ripe fruits and again alcohol in the finish.

Jedno od mnogo piva koje sam ulovio na vrhu Grand st.Bernarda. Na granici Italije i Švicarske kod Aoste. Ovo je tripel sa 8% alk. Piva kompleksne arome i okusa gdje ništa previše ne strši. Malo je slatkasto ali taman onoliko da malo ubije osjet alkohola. Jako dobro.
