Gullvåg is an imperial Baltic porter stored on Lysholm Linie barrel. Brewed with Molasses sugar from Mauritius and on our more than 70 year old Dahls yeast. Gullvåg is a result of a
collaboration between E.C. Dahl's own brewmaster Wolfgnag Lindell, artist Håkon Gullvåg and brewmaster Garret Oliver from Brooklyn Brewery.

Brown with a brown head - Malt aroma with some roasted notes - Malt body with some roasted notes and some bitterness as well - The roasted malt flavour goes into the finish with some alcohol heat - This was good

Håndverkølfestivalen 2019. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is dry, molasses , roasted malt, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, licorice. Very nice beer.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, dark sugar, cough syrup, alcohol, minerals, sweet licorice, bark, roasted grain, toast, old rope, salty licorice, grass. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish boozy, bark, weeds, booze, dusty licorice, old rope, harsh coffee, medicine, burnt toast, paper. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry medical mouthfeel. Nice aroma...

Fra 0,75 flaske på Mi2 Cardinal okt-18: mørkebrun mahogny med fint skum som varer. Mørke malter, mild kaffe, vanilje, molasse, marsipanessens, litt tjære og mørk lakris. Lekker, en av kveldens høydepunkter.

750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Black colour, moderate to small tan head. Aroma of roast malts, molasses, aquavit spices and a hint of smoke. Rich flavour, some sweetness but not too much, roast malts, coffee, hints of liquorice and aquavit spices, moderate hops, well balanced.
