On tap at Mikkeller Kiosk/Bar (Tokyo), pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is buggy and oaky, with lots of wild yeast, oak, and a very nice vinous dry-hopping character. Flavour is tart and buggy upfront, with moderate acidity, lots of oak, some white wine notes, and floral dry-hopping. Carefully constructed, with a good balance of hops and acidity. Not their most complex but certainly well-made.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy deep orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some tart fruits, mild rosehip with some wooden/vanillaish notes. Flavour is tart fruits, some floral, herbal, mild rosehip with some slight wooden tones. Smooth to drink.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, funk, lemons, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, funk, lemons, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

750 ml bottle. Amber, medium hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, light yellow head. Aroma of grains, citrus, wooden barrel, stone fruits, some barnyard. Tastes similar. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, citric, a bit grainy, fruity, slightly funky, with some green apple. Tasty! Perfectly balanced and characterful, with a lovely continuation of rustic grains, wood and fruit notes. Very well drinkable Saison, how I like it. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

0,75l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells berry notes, flowery, hay, grassy, light Wood. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, wood, peppery, hay, subtle Funk. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, peppery and stone fruit notes. Lovely, great balance

Clear yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma starts with subtle vanilla woody tones. Light farmhouse funk too. Flavour is intense. Sharp citrus elements and lots of woody dryness from the barrel. Nicely funky. Really dry and clean finish.
