500 ml can. Unclear red purpe with a small head. Intense aroma of freshly picked raspberries, sauerkraut, lactic acid. Dry berry sourness. Light bodied, milky creamy watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sour fruity berry finish. A nice sour with a natural raspberry flavor.

(Draught at U Kunstatu, Prague, 21 July 2023) Red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, lemon and vanilla. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, red-currant, lemon and vanilla. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a generous berry presence and a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Draught @ Pivni Rozmanitost. Pours clear red with a light pink head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, light barnyard, weak red fruit, raspberry. Flavor is very lightly sour, light malt, yeast, light red fruit, raspberry. Thin body, average carbonation, light tart fruity finish. 201022
